We are one of the fastest growing technology companies in the Southeast and we are looking for a Cisco Call Manager expert to add to our staff.
What you need for this position:
- Cisco Call Manager
- IP-IVR must be able to set up and configure
- Telephony Contact Center (10 years)
- Cisco Routers, Switches, Cisco Works, BGP, HA configurations
- Must be able to set up and configure IP-IVR
- Networking: Switches, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN
- WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, QoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, NHRP, ATM, PPP, MPLS
What will you be doing:
- Installing all new hardware, systems and software for networks.
- Installing, configuring, maintaining network services, equipment and devices.
- Networking
- Network monitoring
- Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence
- Supervising other network staff
- Documentation
- Certifications: MCSE, CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, CNE, CCVP, IPCC are a plus
- BS degree or higher
